Has this seriously not been resolved? I was on the fence about purchasing this year and bought in January. Wish I would have known about this issue! Online gameplay is the core of this game and I am completely unable to play rivals due to this exact issue.

fix now EA! If not makes my decision very easy next year to not buy.
