Ps5 overheats and turns off ONLY when trying to load on ultimate team

I have already contacted PlayStation support and was told to reach out to ea sports as it is more likely an issue with the game than my hardware. If I am unable to play ultimate team due to this I would like some reimbursement as I just purchased the premium season pass

Overheating is a hardware issue. I do recommend the professional clean as there are parts of the console that are very hard to reach without full disassembly. I will put the link for PlayStation Hardware support below in case you need it.
