PS5 Squad Updates Not Downloading - Transfers Stuck on Last Season

PS5 EA FC 25 squad updates not downloading properly. Players still from last season; new transfers like Gyokeres to Arsenal missing. Tried without success: Customize > Edit Teams > Download Update...

I can't download the 25/26 squads as well. It says I have the latest update, but the team squads are still for the previous season!
