psn account has been linked to another ea account which I do not know

Hello everyone i started to play fc25 and ufc 25 on my new ps5 so i tried to link it to my old ea account which i have still access to but i didnt work then i opened up ea website to see what was the problem and i see my psn account wasnt linked to my ea account but i already linked it to it like 4 years ago when i first opened it then i tried relinked it again but i gave me error which states that linked to another ea account named df@disabled.ea.com than i tried to get in touch with eahelp but whenever i opened a case they close as resolved in a few days without even connecting me or fixing the problem pls help me
