The black screen error often occurs when the minimum system requirements are not met or when important updates are missing.

I recommend resetting your existing settings by deleting the settings file located at C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25. (Note that the AppData folder is typically hidden, so you may need to change this in the View dropdown menu.)

Additionally, ensure that your Windows system and all drivers are up to date. It’s also a good idea to run a clean boot to close any unnecessary programs running in the background.

i get black screen as i load in on every game or i freeze and disconnect from the game, i am on PC any help please?

unplayable... after TU3 update happens nearly in every match... tried it all, when halftime comes or end of match and video doesnt start and I see only menu all the rest is black...cannot resume match cause blackscreen is there, neither Sim to end cause than game stops... game became unplayable for me... playin offline career mode or kickoff

Hello, i have the same problem in the black screen on PC when i search any match after i choose the kits a black screen and leads to me quitting the game.
My graphics card is 1660 super and i have updated both windows and my graphics card software so it shoul dbe on the latest version and its still making the same error. I have a perfect connection and its not any of the mentioned issues so what is the problem please i need help.
