a tips that sometimes/usually work for me 

First of all EA is a  Company .

then download the EA INSTALLER  and save on your desktop because u Will use so much ! 

then Launch the installer and repair EA app 

try at least 2 times to Launch the game of not work restart your pc and repeat the process

Is not a perfect fix but at least After 2-5 attempts 

the green bar appear and game load !

i have tried all the methods on web and this One at least for me work usually..

i have an AMD graphoic card so the issue Is not only GeForce ..

Hope could help ,and Remember EA Is a bad Company with useless support

im using this method without W8 option Active 

@Zalfprod pls were u able to run it without the FIFA mod manager at first and then did you try it with the mod manager and then did it work?

why EA not responding lol u dont know how tò fix your own game ridicoulous
