@EA_VendceraI've reached out to Amazon several times, my code has been reedemed by the EA App. Therefore Amazon will not refund the cost paid for the game. Informed of the T&C rw refunds on media and told to contact EA.
As previously mentioned from last Friday, if I remove the EA App and install ORIGIN the game is there. Reinstall EA App the game has gone.
Please explain?
Are you sure your team even did an investigation? from the fact that we can see the 4600 points in the web app we can reach the conclusion that the code was redeemed, still... no game in the library. At this point I hope we will have the game on he 27th at least. Also for the ones of us that got the game directly from EA for working on the game, what retailer are we expected to contact?
- @EA_Vendcera how do I do that when EA gave me the code for helping with the game? Consider this me contacting the seller 🙂
- @FIL903 Amazon just refunded me. I told them what’s happening and sent a link to this forum on the live chat, eventually they gave me a refund.
@EA_Vendcera what about codes received for contributing to the game? will these work on 27th at least?
Hi all,
After exhaustive investigation by our EA technical team, conducted by 0.5 eng FTE in the coffee break that he took for almost 20 minutes today, as he was on Vacation until now, and worked only 4 hours today, we have the following analysis :
1. The ones that receive the codes directly from EA, for helping, friends what ever, we changed our minds, you are going to get Standard Edition with 4600 FP, welcome !
2. For the ones that bought the game through Best Buy, Amazon, Steam, Blizzard whatever, they gave you some codes EA released only for fun purpose, they were supposed to give them to relatives, not our fault they sold them to you ...
3. The ones, that bought the game directly from EA, but for some sort of reason it did not worked, well for those we feel a little bit sorry, but nobody said life is fair, it would be outrageous to be : everybody to be honest/to receive only what you deserve, or receive what you pay, so that is why we gave you the opportunity to pay again, the loyalty version, with 90 euros, in this way showing to us that you really appreciate the work we are doing.

They are gonna finish the investigation on 27 of September.😅

The problem is what happens on the 27th if the games does not appear!
EA Support has been terrible, the worst support i have ever had to deal with, well its none existent! why can i not phone and speak to a person, the chat has never been available to me, and im left wondering if i have a game on the 27th or ive just wasted £90. Amazon wont refund as the game code has been redeemed.
Why does my game appear in the old Origin, but stating not available until 27th Sept to download, yet it is completely missing on EA PLAY?
My only saving sanity has been this forum knowing I'm not alone so thanks to all those that have commented. We will have to wait and see. But if it still stays blocked after 27 I ll be double angry.
Hey guys, i got the Same Problem i bought the Game on Amazon, redeemed the Code, which worked, but the Game doesn‘t Show up in my Library…i have never had a worse Support experience. I had the Problem since friday on saturday the online Support stoped working for me, I cant even connect to it. I don’t know how such a big Company can care so little about their Community, for me it’s just Sad. Hopefully they can fix it until the 27. but im not getting my hopes up.

@jnelly1531As I have said since I had applied the workaround of buying the loyalty edition, because the option to buy Ultimate Edition is not available. So you either ask your money back for the Ultimate Edition, and use the money to get Loyalty. If you received the Digital Code from EA for helping etc. there is no alternative other than wait until 27 Sept, because those codes cannot be fixed, only to get other code, the ones for which the game does not appear to download, is exactly because you are not allowed yet to play it, even if somehow you would get the kit, and install it, you would still not be able to launch it.
I tried the same thing. They told me like they always do that they will contact me in the Next 48 Hours via email…

- @EA_Vendcera Interesting how you work, retailer, finshed their investigation first and told me to contact EA: "We already verified the screenshot that you sent to us and it shows an error code that only the publisher can further assist you. Please coordinate with EA Support to verify which account this code was used or redeemed."
The "funny" part is that my screenshots did not show any error codes. May have found a fix for Amazon users, i went back onto my orders section to ask for a refund and noticed the code given to me was different to the one originally provided, entered it on origin/EA app and it worked and is now downloading
Might only be me but hope this solves somebody's problem

whereabouts on the Amazon invoice, cannot see another other codes apart from invoice number?

- @FIL903 si sa peut aider personnellement je viens de retourner sur amazon et il y avait un deuxième code de pré-achat que j'avais pas vu après l'avoir entrée j'ai pue installer fc25 et je viens a l'instant de le faire enfaite il y avais juste 2

you must be lucky, i not got no code on the amazon site only emailed by Amazon. I've checked everything on my Amazon account and nothing there but an invoice. Guess will have to wait until Friday to see what happens, but i have doubts it is going to appear.
Meanwhile despite opening 4 cases on EA Help, no contact from EA 5 days!
I'm about to contact my bank to state I've been scammed to see if i can get my money back as Amazon wont refund, and no help at all from EA. - @FIL903 après t'avoir répondu j'ai verifiée ma boite mail et c'est amazon eu même qui mon dit qu'il y a un problème avec les clé d'activation et le deuxième code était enfaite un nouveau code différent pour re avoir le jeu et voici le mail qu'il mon envoyé
