I paid for 10 hour trial and it doesn’t work , I no longer have the option to upgrade to the ultimate package
I'm still trying. couldnt get on a midnight, managed to get a agreement screen and the zidane cutscene before it kicked me out saying ive used all my 10hrs at 7.30am and now i still cant get in.

And what will be done to us who payed extra money so we were able to play today?
Seems like they won’t do anything for a few days, I got into a chat box with them and the guy acted like I was the first to show the problem even though I waited 30 mins in a queue to ask for support
I spoke to a guy who said they were aware of the problem but couldn't tell me when or if they would fix it.
How long will this take
I paid ea play not to have no early access please fix this asap or give compensation thanks!

This is a joke I’ll be going to higher up people if u don’t sort it out people spend money that u advertised and people still can’t play 10hours

Same story here. Game Pass Ultimate (including EA play) installed but when the game is launched it tells me the trial expired, without playing a single minute.
- horrible customer service / no announcements
- paid for a service which clearly doesn’t work
- no solution on release day
Smells like scam…
This is happening to me as well
it says my free trail has expired but ive not gone in it
Is there a solution yet, this is unfair .
Is there any official response from EA?
