Just to emphasize the problem, I am in France and same problem 

In addition, many on the jvc forum also say they have the problem with the trial period...

    Yes, except that it is EA that offers this kind of functionality, not us...

    Or else compensation is needed, because many took EA play for the trial 😱

    @Sacritik Yeah but this is enough they have to fix it is been 16hrs and they acting like mobile games company that cant fix easy issues

    after sitting in EA Help chat for 2hrs I got this:

    Since we have tried to exhaust these troubleshooting for you and it still wasn't able to fix your problem. It is possible that this can be a potential problem with the game itself.
    So what I am going to do for you here, is that I'm going to make a report on and share it with our appropriate team so they can review this further. On your part as well if you want to, I would advise to reach out to our forums and try to report this as a bug: https://www.ea.com/forums
    As there are also members of the community team that actively monitors the forum and there might also be other people experiencing similar issues which you can upvote. And each reports we receive is really appreciated as it help to increase the awareness of this problems. Because a lot of improvements and the bug fixes that has been done actually came from us receiving these additional reports from our players

    I really appreciate you reaching out to us to make sure we know about it as it's important to work with the community to make sure the game is at its best. It's players like yourself who are directly responsible for helping the game grow and improve on a daily basis. I truly appreciate that.

    @flyingcoctopus I noticed that EA Help is not even acknowledging the issue.
    There is no tweet from @EASFCDirect yet on "X/Twitter" for this issue, though there are many putting the issue in there comments section.
  • anyone have any luck? coming back home from work now and was keen on playing but doesn't look like anythings changed lol

    I think this issues maybe solved when the FC 25 join to other games in ea play trials..

    If not its such a criminal...

    @LCL_Fanclub cancel existing pre-order .. complete 10 hours and re-order pre-order...
    lol... this is getting funny with every hour now!!

    EA be like: we are looking into it, meanwhile do what you want to do <<we won't care to respond as well>>

    Ea really out here just letting people cancel there pre orders over resolving the issue or giving an ETA . Probably say round a table saying those guys think they clever playing on New Zealand it’s there own fault when it’s actually the pre order that’s affecting the trial. You will never learn EA

    So it sounds like ea are punishing us for pre ordering the game  I can't refund but as its been too long for me to do it let's hope they actually give a dam about people who have actually paid for the game and backed them let's see if they actually back us in return  if not this will be the last ea game I buy

    "For visibility purpose"

    They cant have visibility with ~300 comments now, but marking it as solved will give them visibility.
  • When is this going to be fixed? I spoke with Xbox after your chat team said it’s not a you problem and they took me through a whole process of resetting my Xbox, removing and re adding my account, reinstalling the game. They concluded it’s 100% your fault this is happening and there’s been no update. Nothing. I go on my ea help “cases” and you’ve closed it with “no fix available”. I’ll be asking for a refund. Tempted to ask for a refund on the game too. So damn tired of EA being awful when they make so much money.

    @AnorexicAmerican not today and probably not before the 27th, I have a lot of experience with ea when I was a PC player, they will act as if nothing happened
