Re: FC 25 not running smooth on PC (again)

Guys, if you're on PC, try to turn the V-Sync setting ON, it fixed my fps drops on kick offs and corners scenes.

@LostShadow97 Soo i tried your fix, i can say that i didnt get frezzes and stutters it was kinda stable, But it was on like 40-50 fps which was not smooth.

The customer service told me they will fix this issue in the next update, also they said i shouldnt change the priority of fc25.exe.

Hopefully this problem gets solved soon.

Hi guys, I find a solution thats work at least for me way better than the other , now I’m able to play at 90 fps without fps drop, ok there are sometimes micro lag but not like before.

the guy say to set max fps on nvidia control panel at 90 , and I ve tried with 120 and 144 and it’s works too.

U realeas the same game every year and it s getting worst and worst, how bad of a company can u be

Soo after spending 5 or 6 days tweaking and searching for fixes here is my final solution:

• First of all on fc25.exe change this:
  • Disable Fullscreen optimization
  • Run in compatibility mode for Windows 7 (or 8)
  • Change High Dpi settigns -> Override .> Application
• Nvidia Control panel:
  • Antistropic filtering x8
  • Low latency on Ultra
  • Max Frame rate 60
  • Power mngmnt: Max perf
  • Shader Cache size Unlimited/100GB
  • Txtr filtering quality: High performance
  • Negative LOD bias : Clamp
  • Trilinear optimization and threaded optimization both on
  • everything else off
• Remove fc25.exe from Graphic performance prefference (I dont know why but when u remove it u get more smooth fps)
• Power plan set to balance
• Update drivers and windows
• Ingame settings everything low and limit fps to 60 (visuals and stuff u know already off)

Soo the result is like 45-50 fps in rivals but u dont get as much stutters and slowness. The players are faster and its almost like *normal*, the only problem is the 45-50 fps but u can play it.

Rush is smoother aswell.

This is my fix that kinda works for me, or until they update and fix this issue.

For PC people I think I found a solution for input lag.I play on a very good pc and have 500/200 internet speed an it was laggy and had crazy input delay. Im no expert but I have my mouse and headset wireless and I play on a wireless Xbox controller aswell so I thought having all those 2.4Ghz waves plus the Wi-Fi coming into the same pc was causing some kind of blockage issue so I turned off my headset mouse and connected my pc to the router with the Ethernet cable and it fixed the issue. Only problem is that I can’t hear the game no more but it’s whatever. Hope this helps somebody aswell

I’ve Locked the fps in the nvidia control panel at 120 and now the game goes stable at 120 without big drop and it’s smooth.

For me the problem was that when I locked  the fps at 60 the gpu worked only between 10 and 15% and that’s its not good at all , now the gpu works between 70 - 85> and the game is way smoother.

Hahaha. Biggest lie on earth.

Better than nothing, I tried your method, and with 60 fps I can't control my players online, but in offline modes is perfect

If i reduce to 30 fps i can play online too, but is not so smooth but repeat better than nothing, thanks a lot

dont really understand this game,

If u lagg turn vsync on (big input delay)

if u turn it off (screen tearing)

Tried all fixed nothing works.....only vsync on but very bad input delay...
