Re: Game crash after new update

Have been unable to play any game mode now for 4 weeks. Ever since patch 2 the game on my PC has been broken. The game freezes on the loading screen and closes the game and EA app. £80 paid for a product that I can not use and am being refused a refund.

I raised a case with EA support who replied last week saying "your issue has been fixed" so they are also lying to their customers. 

I am playing ea fc 25 on PC and since yesterday I cant open the game, Sometimes I get tó the main menu and can press ultimate team but then it crashes without an error code.

I already tried to repair it and to reinstall it.

When I try to open up Ultimate team on my PS5, The game keeps crashing. Tried to reboot my ps, but it does the same no matter which ps I try, to do it on. Any suggestions?

This is happening to me too. Every time I try to load up ultimate team I get an error message “something went wrong” so now going to lose my champs progress

I’m having same trouble , reset everything an installed again no good. 

When I try to load ultimate team on PC it always gives this error, i can play all other gamemodes but this one not. Please fix

I’ve been experiencing this for the last 4 days aswell on ps4.

everything else works except ultimate team and then it crashes upon loading

I’m having the same issue but mine does it when I’m opening the app it crashes. I have factory reset everything and still no good.

Mine happens when I enter ultimate team it’s stuck on this screen

Make a new squad and then delete all your previous squads and whatever tactics you imported through a code. I did this and it worked for me. 

People, just an update to add to this possible solution; once you changed the squad and get into UT, DELETE the last squad you had active before the "fix it" squad you created to get in. I believe the bug is in that version of your squad (let's call it "Bug squad"). What happened to me is after getting in, I proceeded to choose the "Bug squad" to play, and immediately got the crash again. So I had to completely delete the Bug squad, and remake the squad with the same players and whatever instructions, and everything worked fine afterwards.
