Re: Missing preorder ultimate edition hero pack

Hello guys, someone have some news? I'm in the same situation: nintento switch, preorder on 19th of august, no pack, no fc point, no evo.. Nothing! Has someone of you reached the EA? Itz possibile that so many issue and 0 official comunication? That sucks very bad, never gonna buy ultimate edition anymore

    Pre ordered the Ultimate Edition 26th July went on yesterday to play no fifa points no hero pack nothing im on Xbox fast enough to take my money though and still no fifa points today or hero pack at all discusting

    hope we get compensated for this

    Same here! Big let down from EA..they only seem to focus on servicing the bigger console platforms..
