Re: my PS5 console turns off when I play fc25

I appreciate your feedback, and please make sure to include all the information from the last post #17 here This will help us determine the cause of this error. 

Also, try these steps that often help in similar scenarios: 

  • Turn off HDMI Device Link
    Spoiler
    1. Go to Settings > System > HDMI.
    2. Select HDMI Device Link. 
    3. Hit the X button on your DualSense controller to toggle the feature off.
    4. Restart your PS5.
  • Turn off Rest Mode
    Spoiler
    1. Go to Settings > System > Power Saving.
    2. Set the Rest Mode activation time.
    3. Save changes.
  • Ensure your system is updated.
  • Disconnect any other devices from the console, such as USBs or Bluetooth speakers and headphones.
  • Free up Storage Space on PS5 Console

    1. Go to Settings > Storage > Console Storage > Games and Apps.
    2. Choose the data you want to get rid of, and select Delete.

    @EA_Pulsar déjà essayé et toujours le même problème c'est juste votre jeu qui bug mais c'est pas grave je vais demander un remboursement du jeu et je ne serais pas le seul à le faire car il y en a marre de votre jeu qui fait éteindre notre play au risque de la griller..
  • I’m facing exactly the same issue and I have tried all of the suggested solutions to no success. This happens whenever I attempt to play any EAFC 25 mode that requires online play such as FUT Rivals, Pro Clubs or even Seasons. I play other games for hours with no hitches, I even watch shows on my ps5 so I know it’s not an issue with my console. This has seriously impacted my experience with the game preventing me from advancing in FUT Champs and relevant competitive modes leaving me increasingly frustrated. Please how can I get my EAFC 25 to work again?

    @Nairamanny I have also deleted my EAFC 25 and reinstalled it with the same issue reoccurring. Please how can this be solved? Is it a bug? I can’t begin to explain how stressful this experience has been

    Its impossible to play! I have tried to change do performance mode and the same issue happens!

    what should I do?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

    Done all these and also cleaned the system very well. The issue cannot be "overheating" cause in that case the console would tell that shutting down is happening, because of the overheating (correct me if I'm wrong).

    The problem still exists and if I have understood, it is problem in many users. Also same type of problems:

    FC25 for 30-60 minutes and my PS5 shuts off

    - problem cannot be server, network etc. related, cause it occures even when not playing online (not even logged online)

    Please do something about this matter, and soon

     Contact either Sony or ea directly on their chat. We will just have to Google it tbh .

    @RANGERSFC3228 has anyone talked to ea live chat? did someone find a solution.. i have the issue from the beginning of fifa and i thought it was a ps5 issue

    I have had this issue for the last week. Only doing it on fc25. I tested other games and all work perfectly for hours. Have a company picking up my console tomorrow to be looked at. Don't think it's the console, think it's just the game but we will see.
