Re: Online Service disabled - PS4 - EA FC 25

@Dance_mum03 lots of us in the same boat - seems to only be affecting 13/14yr olds on PS4 - EA don't seem to care - I've spoken to someone via chat (2.5hrs) and got no progress and have had a case open for 2 days with no response.

Thanks for letting me know we’re not alone! I’ve also emailed [edit: email address removed] and even messaged @easportfc on instagram. It feels helpless! So hard to get hold of anyone and make a complaint. Just want an acknowledgment that they are aware and looking into it!

@LittleKidWolves Same problem - can't even find a way to open a case! They make it so difficult
