Re: Pro Clubs crashes when loading for everyone in my club

thanks for reporting. That's weird that the game is just crashing like that. It only happens when accessing Clubs, is that right?

To further investigate this, some more information would be helpful if you could provide:

  • Gamertag:
  • Platform:
  • Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP):
  • Summary of Issue:
  • Potential Repro Steps:
  • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone):
    • Especially within UT, Timestamps are vital and it's important they are recent (no older than 48 hours if possible)
  • Video example (if possible):

    Yes this is only a problem with Clubs. I don't play much other than Clubs but I haven't encountered this problem on any other game mode. Our club is called Chuva E Sports. https://www.ea.com/en-gb/games/ea-sports-fc/clubs/match-history?clubId=7611&platform=common-gen5

    I am in the same club as @TazzaFlanagan the other people are having the same problem with their separate clubs.

    There have been quite a few threads

    • Gamertag: HENRY THE DOG4
    • Platform: Xbox Series S/X    (Clubs still works for me on the xbox one version)
    • Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP):  Sky broadband
    • Summary of Issue:  FC25 crashes every time anyone in our club tries to load Pro Clubs from the main menu. This has been happening since early November for our club.
    • Potential Repro Steps:  Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling game as well as wiping FC25 storage. Issue occurs for anyone who joins our Club even if their game was working fine beforehand. Cannot delete or leave club because we can't even load the game mode from the main menu. EA Help live chat advisors cannot help.
    • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone):
      • Just tried it again right now (17:00 UK time) and the same thing is happening. First encountered early November and have been completely unable to play since then.

    I am more than happy to provide more information via email or phone. We really do want this issue solved immediately because this is the only game mode we bought FC25 (full price on release day) for.

  • @EA_Vendcera Appreciate the reply, Seems to be once the manager or club owner edits the AI's and saves the changes. That is how my club bugged out and cause the above issue.

    @EA_Vendcera Hi, thank you for the reply, as our posts have been ignored as well. Same exact issue minus the AI situation, we think at least. We're across three different platforms and it completely crashes our game when we try to access clubs.

    • Gamertag: UKzs
    • Platform: Xbox Series S
    • Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): Plusnet 
    • Summary of Issue: FC25 Pro clubs will not allow club members to enter the menu's due to the club been glitched. Unsure if its due to the AI customisation or something else but i edited the AI's and then it broke. If you delete the saved data you will be asked to edit your pro but then crash after you save the pro. 
    • Potential Repro Steps: No idea 
    • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone):
      • 1:46am GMT

    Good Afternoon Vendcera. Thank you for being the first to reply to this community issue.

    Yes, this issue only occurs when entering Pro Clubs. After investigation it seems that this issue has been in the game since launch and has slowly inflicted itself on more people.

    • Gamertag: Billmeister__
    • Platform: PlayStation 
    • Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): Sky Broadband
    • Summary of Issue: When loading into the Pro Clubs mode from the main menu, the game instantly freezes and then crashes. This issue occurs to any member of our club (EL Tigers).
    • Potential Reproduction Steps: We believe that this issue is caused by the corruption of the Club AI's Customization. Since this issue occurred just after our Team Manager had edited a couple of the AI and then saved the changes. I believe this issue will be hard to reproduce as we have changed the AI many times before. If you would like to experience the game crashing, you can join our club and you will 100% reproduce the crashes as described on every platform.   
    • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): 15/01/25, 13.25 Pm, GMT. 
    • Especially within UT, Timestamps are vital and it's important they are recent (no older than 48 hours if possible)

    I’m trying to report a new issue and continue to be ignored. I can’t even get into ProClubs as the game prompts me to purchase Game Pass, which I already own and play other games on. Can’t access Pro Clubs or any online related game type on Series X

    EA_Vendcera  Mate I'm not being funny but so far all you have done is mark this problem as solved when it isn't and ignore us. You asked for further information and it has been provided by multiple people on this thread. This problem started in November and it is now FEBRUARY!!!!!

    It's an absolute disgrace that EA treats us like this. HOW can a massive company like EA have no direct helpline for gamebreaking problems like this?

    Please can an EA Community Manager pull their finger out and offer some real assistance?

    Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): YouFibre
    Summary of Issue: After exiting Clubs Lobby unable to re-enter without closing the game, after a clubs match, cup/league/friendly again unable to enter lobby.
    Potential Repro Steps: join clubs lobby with PS5 players, exit lobby unable to enter again, join with XB players no issue same with PC only players of PC/XB players but rarely happens.

    Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): 21:30 (03/02/2025 (after every match or exit of lobby with PS5 players in the lobby (crossplay issue on EA side of things)
    Especially within UT, Timestamps are vital and it's important they are recent (no older than 48 hours if possible)

    Please man. It’s been since September this is absolutely insane that you can’t find a fix for a SIMPLE GLITCH. THE AI CUSTOMIZATION IS GLITCHED AND NOT LETTING US PLAY CLUBS. EA_Vendcera PLEASE MY BROTHER IN CHRIST THE FIX CANNOT BE THAT DIFFICULT. YOUR PLAYER COUNT IS DROPPING BECAUSE WE CAN’T PLAY YOUR GAME

    Same goes for me. I'm on Xbox and still can't get it to work. Did you take a look EA_Darko or are you too busy clamping down on mass tagging?

    No mate, sorry but EA and all the community managers on here could not care less. They have completely ignored us this whole time. We ended up installing the xbox one version and playing on that.

    The only reply we got from a community manager was EA_Darko​ reprimanding me for mass tagging. These guys are useless.
