Whenever I play a game on FC25 Ultimate team be it rivals or friendlies my PS5 completely crashes. Then I have to remove power and plug it back in to restart it.
I have play pro clubs with no problems and also rush on pro clubs no problem, the cash always happens in ultimate turning off the PlayStation.
This only occurs on FC25 I have tested other games and PS5 runs as normal.
Some help will be much appreciated.
Exactly same with me EA need to fix this before it cooks my console
@King420Slayar hi there, no nothing really works, I done everything on PlayStation support says. It's 100% an EA issue with the game.
But EA don't ever respond...
Having the same problem, keep playing and every 30min / 1 hour it keeps crashing my PS5 entirely and having to take out power cord to relaunch. Anyone know if EA are aware or can fix as basically cant play the game and just bought it!
I'm deleting and redownloadimg the game I'll let you guys know if it fixes it

It is when just playing any mode of FC25 the game doesnt crash as such. It crashes my entire ps5 any other game my ps5 is fine.
I can play for a certain amount of time then suddenly get a black screen and my ps5 is cut off from the mains and have to re-insert the power cable for it to launch again. Thought it was an overheating issue but doesnt happen with any other games.
I have done all troubleshooting options both with my ps5 and redownloading and sorting FC25 but nothing has resolved it. Please help!
Same here, I have done everything, deleting and reinstalling the game, system update, clearing the cache. Everything. And yet nothing has worked
My game crashes after getting into any type of Ultimate Team matches, rush rivals squad battles, after a fee seconds the game freezes and close. Im playing on ps5 and got an error code ce-108255-1, I tried everything, and seems to be a problem only in EA FC 25

Original PS5 disk but my friend has the same as yours he has no problems with it
Did you before downloaded fc25 in your console or insert in game by console, enter the game through wep companion fc25??
My game, no matter the mode I'm playing, freezes the game & screen. Always seems to be around 60'ish minutes in any match (offline or online). The only thing I can do is exit to the PlayStation home, close the game via the options button, the re-launch the game.. for it to do it again - I cannot play a complete match.
I have submitted countless reports to PlayStation and followed all the troubleshooting steps (even deleting the game, the save data & the cache > then rebuilding the entire console's database) and upon a fresh install > still the exact same.
I've got to be honest I'm really annoyed and frustrated as £70 for software that doesn't work at all just feels like I've had a theft committed against me. This needs a fix ASAP
It happens in main menu, Ultimate team and in career mode as well.
The game just completely shutdown the PS5 like you unplug it from electricity, and we can't open the PS5 again unless you unplug it and re-plug it again.
It happens more than 8 times and also sometimes the game just freeze when claiming objectives in UT.

We are having this problem on PlayStation 5 your list applies to PC.
Regarding more information? when playing the game it will randomly completely turn off the PlayStation. The you have to unplug the power and replug it in to start the PlayStation again. There is no error code or anything on the system just puts the PlayStation straight off.
I doesn't not happen for me when playing any other game.

I am experiencing exactly the same. I've tried several repairs, including rebuilding the database and nothing has fixed the issue so far.
I can play all other modes but as soon as I click on Ultimate Team, it acts like it's going to load and then just proceeds to crash.
PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ASAP!!
this happened straight after buying Ruben Dias on ultimate team, my game crashed and gave me a PlayStation error message. I have deleted the game twice and reinstalled it with no success. I have deleted my squad on the companion app which still did not work for me. Everytime I log into ultimate team my game crashes and I get the same error. This is very frustrating as I am missing potential rewards for playing.
