Re: [Steam] Email Verification Linked To Wrong Email Account

When helping with certain issues, like account changes such as email changes, we must verify that you own this account. We want to make sure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help out with your issue currently.

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:

Select the EA App
Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
Select Continue without logging in
This should give you the chat/email option

Dear Counselor, thank you for your answer.
Just de-email my STEAM account and it doesn't hurt the account. Because the game I bought cannot be logged into EA now, so I need to rebind it.

My email customer service query in China found that my STEAM bound email does not exist, so I cannot receive the security code.
