@johnrouchitsas7 You can reach them in the live chat in the option that says : Can't log in, and don't log in to your account. The go and ask them for a refund and be very specific on the importance of the issue and the ignorance of the team, the lack of input on the matter and the amount of time passed without it being resolved.
