I have the same issue. Bought ultimate edition on ea play and I can’t connect at all tried multiple solutions it’s been 5 days now

@gerryadams788888 Have you tried all the steps mentioned here, like uninstalling it everywhere and launching it directly via the EA app? Also making sure your correct accounts are linked?

@EA_Vendcera any updates on this issue? The game fully released and I still cannot play, pre-release week is over and ultimate edition is wasted.

I already tried that, also apart from that, bought steam EA Play sub. Nothing works.

Can someone explain what can I do more to contact EA to make this game playable? Can I call them? Can I email them? Can I do something more? I will not stop until I have the game playable online.
