This issue has been resolved. Thank you all for your support. 

Thank you for providing all the additional information. Our team will investigate this issue regarding the redirection to the store on the Ultimate Team web app.

    Thank you for the update. I’m telling you (as a courtesy as a software engineer) - there absolutely is something wrong with the oauth client configuration, so this needs to be escalated to someone who deals with the authentication between the web app and the ea store.

    Username : Pieperu
    Platform : PS5 for game (but the issue occurred on mobile browser and laptop browser).
    Summary of the issue : See my earlier post which includes repro steps and expected/actual behaviour.

    Timestamp : The time of this post is the most recent reoccurrence of the issue
    Device : IPhone 13pro (chrome and sarafi), MacBook Air M3 (chrome and safari), iPad 11 pro (chrome and safari)
    And I confirm that the browser and os and up to date, on the multiple devices that this is occurring on.
