I'm having the same problem, and i still can't log in. I've tried the web app and the mobile app, and this error keeps appearing.

Same for me, also playing on Xbox Cloud. Trying to access the web app but getting the exact same message as you.

Hey all, are you only able to access the game through Xbox cloud gaming?
It may be an issue related to this so if possible to try on a console or PC would be great.

I'm experiencing the same issue (for a week) while playing on xCloud, but I haven't had this problem in FC24

This is still an issue for me. I got bounced around to four separate people on EA Chat and they had no resolution for me either. EA_Darko

Seems to only be an issue for Xbox Cloud Gamers. No resolution as of yet!

I still have the problem, I'm trying to get help with the support team (case nº 214355045) but no solution still.

EA_VendceraEA_Darko any update on the web app login issue? It’s been two weeks now since Xbox Game Cloud users were given access to the game and we haven’t been able to access the web app.
There was no issue accessing the web app last year when FC24 was released through the same channel.

Hello I have been playing for a week now everyday and still don’t have the transfer market on companion just wondering do ea give it out anymore?
