Redeem code for fc25 upgrade

I redeemed the code, it downloaded. And after downloading it didn’t bring out the full game instead it showed me it was a “showcase” though after redeeming the code, I went library and went to collections to download the ps5 version it didn’t work and when I try redeeming it again it shows me that I’ve already used the code, it’s still showing me an option to upgrade that I’m on showcase and when I select upgrade it shows me prices to pay, why can’t I use the full version
