Rival division progress

I am playing rivals matches and had progressed into Division two and then I lost the next match only to find out that the progress bar regressed me back into division 3. This is so UNFAIR and painful, disappointing and frustrating. 
Attached is a proof of my claim as the the Objective (Rival Pro) to reach division 2 checked and made the division 2 reward available to claim because I reached the division 2 but the game took me back to division 3.

please do something about this or I need my compensation in terms of the Reward Upgrade for Division 2 that I am meant to receive off the back of my efforts.
