RT on Xbox One controller

Hello,

In the last couple of months I have had an intermittent problem while playing matches on FC25. During matches, the RT button will not sprint but will open up one of the chat windows meaning not only will my player not sprint but I lose all sight of the game screen until I can return to the match. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
