Rush and Clubs Unplayable on PC

I have tried playing Clubs and Rush on EA FC 25 and it's very choppy on PC.

For me my whole game is running great, modes like rivals run great online but as soon as I play Rush or Clubs for some reason my game feels super choppy and it feels like its lagging. I though that maybe my settings are too high so I tried playing Rush offline and I had no issue, not a single stutter.

I also tried locking my framerate to 60 online while playing Rush and Clubs because I was getting over 90 fps so maybe a sudden drop makes it look choppy but no. Not a single frame drop but still the game looks so choppy. I don't know why this is happening. If someone knows please help me, I was really looking forward to playing rush and clubs but for me it's unplayable.
