SBC bug

Hi, I was doing the daily silver upgrade with the squad builder and accidentally put my EVOed Hudlin in the squad. While the sbc requirement is min 1 silver player, it still took my Hudlin and completed the sbc. 

May i know is that a requirement description issue or a requirement checking issue?
