Season Pass

I got a new Xbox last week and I logged back into my EA account on the new Xbox and ever since I haven’t been able to access the Season Pass and not earn any progression towards it. I’ve tried restarting the game and Xbox, uninstalling and installing the game again but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help with this please?
