Season points disappear!

I hit the full 40K points, I saw it visually displayed on my PS5 top right corner! I came back to claim my rewards and it rolled me back to my previous total! The quantities were all scrambled when I tried to claim! I logged out and back in multiple times to no avail! Please address asap
