Some of my data has been altered/deleted.

The last time I played FC25 was in the early hours of Monday the 14th of April 2025. I was playing a career mode of Leeds United. After I finished, I saved my career (one of many), closed the game down. Then turned my PC off before going to sleep. When waking up, at some point during the day I powered my PC back on (did not go on FC25 or another game), then powered it off again. I then waited 20 minutes and unplugged my PC from the wall so that it had no power at all. I then went away from home for a few days and my PC was not touched at all. On Friday the 18th of April 2025 I returned and plugged in my PC and powered it on. I then went on FC25 (everything loaded as normal after a small update to the game on steam, and my game profile was there when I loaded in). In the game, I clicked on pro clubs for the game to take me into the pro clubs character creation screen (with my character already there and made, only requiring me to click 'ADVANCE'). After that, all of my builds had been changed to the same height and weight, with their positions also changed. Although all of the attributes, playstyles, and names being the same. I was still in my club, I played some games of playoffs and everything was fine, my stats were the same as before, then I logged off thinking it was some weird glitch. Later, I opened the game again to find that all of my career mode saves have been deleted. I had many many saves with myself having around 500 hours on the game, with probably around 150-250 being on career mode. Therefore, having all of my saves deleted is a huge inconvenience and I would like them back. I wanted to contact support but there didn't seem to be an issue relevant to my topic and ideally I wanted to get in contact with a real person, so this is the only place I could come to. 

Anyone know of this issue or how to fix it?
How can I get in contact with someone from EA to try and fix this?
