Spent 500k coins on pack and didnt get the pack

Hello..

I had 660k coins and brought a 500k coin pack on companion but it took my coins but didn't get my pack. I thought it was a bug so I went on eafc 25 and checked that I didnt get the pack but got my coins taken away and now I have 160k coins
