Spotify player not coming up at all

I am in the correct region (Australia) and correct console and version of the game (Xbox Series X) for the Spotify feature in ea fc 25 but it won’t come up at all to launch. I have both Spotify premium and the app on my console and it won’t work. I did get help from someone from ea and they helped me discover that my account was for some reason set in the UK. I changed it back to Australia and it still won’t pop up. How can I fix this?
