Squad battle crashes

I hate wasting my time and any of supports on this, but almost every single week in squad battles, I end up getting a crash or disconnect mid-game, and it just ruins my point totals for the week. I've lost so much VC because of this, and typically wouldn't bother complaining, but I'm beyond frustrated now. 

Can someone look into my account. I have another 2 games this week I was obviously winning that just dumped and got 0 points on.
