Can anyone help me with this problem please? I can play normally in other modes like Rush, Rivals and Friendlies in FUT. But whenever i start a SB match, the game automatically shutdown. It doesn't matter what device i play on, there is the same problem. Could it be anything related my account?
Exactly, I just erase the game 2 weeks ago and install it again and 0 crashes for the last 2 weeks.
you mean that you removed the whole game then downloaded it again ?
I solve this problem by uninstall and install again the game on PS5

Same here.. crashes particularly after scoring goal. Losing points every week and gaining lower ranks than what i deserve.. i should get elite 2 this week but because it crashed on me for 2 games i will get elite 3 o maybe gold 1 depends what happens in the next 18 hours... so disappointing
I have the same problem, 3rd week I don't achieve my normal rank in squad battles due to this as if I am wining the match and game shutdown I lose that match and no points.
They don’t care. They won’t respond and then they delete posts if you ask about it too often.

İ have the same problem in ps5 when playin squad battle. About 20 matches i lost and i lost points and time. They have to refund this
It happens to me regularly - at least 3-4 matches per week crash.
EA does not care at all - they reply and tell me to check the forums. What a pathetic response from a pathetic organisation. I hope an employee reads this and is embarrassed by who they work for.
