Squad battles error, PS5 Error Code CE-108255-1 Ultimate team

Question

Game keep crashing mid game as I’m playing and mostly as I score a goal it just crashes and kicks me out giving me an error casing me lose my game points/XP for games.
this is been going on for weeks now as I try to play and collect as many points/XP for the weekly rewards

Playing the game is time consuming yet losing that for nothing as I lose the points also lose games when we are only having 12 games per week to collect as many points.

I hope y’all give us some kind of Compensation for those issues as it’s been happening for weeks now

I’m having the exact same thing I shut my PlayStation down and tried it again 3 times and yeah I agree some compensation needs to be provided because I have had problems with squad battles since I got the game, I’ve lost count the amount of times it will say that I have lost connection with EA’s servers but when I get back to the main menu and I click on ultimate team I connect straight away it’s so frustrating and we only get 12 games now on average this happens to me at least 3/4 times a week

Please fix this as it’s all I play and helps me relax and destress after work
