I lost my progress in EA FC 25 on PC, but when I log into the same account in the companion app, I suddenly have my entire Ultimate Team save. However, when I log into the PC, it tells me to create a new personal account. Is there any way to fix this?

Just to check, when you say that it's asking you to make a new personal account, do you mean a new personal settings file when you start the game up?

Community ManagerA personal settings file won't affect your Ultimate Team. It'll only affect any personalised controller layouts as well as your progress in skill games. Your UT progress is stored in the cloud, which is why you still see it on your companion app.

So long as you're logging in with the same EA account, your Ultimate Team should already be there.

I still don't have it. I only have Personal Setup 1. I'm logged into my EA account, which is where my main account is, but I can't log / enter into my ultimate team because the game wants me to create a new personal setup. But when I'm on the web app, I see my ultimate team (because it's from the cloud). Is there a way I can somehow restore my account that I have on the web app (this is the account I don't have access to on PC, it was created on PC)? PLEASE help, I want to play again.
