squad battles game crashed

I was playing a squad battles game to hopefully try reach elite by the end and i won this game and at the end of the game my fifa crashed and i got kicked of ultimate team and when i reset fifa it says i got no squad battles points from the game and the ai opponent beat me please can you resolve this asap. thank you! if possible could i receive a better reward
