Squads not saving in Kick Off mode FC 25 on PS4 PRO

Squad settings in Kick Off mode aren’t saving in FC 25 on PS4 PRO. The issue has persisted since I bought the game (December). In the menu, when I change the lineup (tactics, starting XI, or substitutes), everything saves for the current session. But after restarting the game, the squads revert to default. Manually saving the squads doesn’t help either — even when I load them, the lineups still show the default players. Resetting squads, updating squads, clearing the cache, and reinstalling the game didn’t fix it. I also deleted all save files, but the problem remains. How can I solve this?
