Can you go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 and delete the EA SPORTS FC 25 folder? Then repair the game and try again.
Please note that the AppData folder is hidden, so you might need to enable the option to show hidden folders to find it.
