Start up problems with EA FC 25

The problem is as follows: Every time during startup I am zoomed in completely so that I only see the color of the game. After starting, choosing a language, settings, I end up in the menu. Here I on...

Hi there, 

Can you go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 and delete the EA SPORTS FC 25 folder? Then repair the game and try again. 

Please note that the AppData folder is hidden, so you might need to enable the option to show hidden folders to find it.
