STEAM ACCOUNT LINKED TO WRONG EA ACCOUNT

I just bought EA Sport FC 25 on Steam. But when i tried to play it and login to EA App There's message "Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account arief.i.wijaya already linked to your EA Account for ja*****@promotamails.ru. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime."

I don't know ja*****@promotamails.ru. is

Can anyone help me to fix this problem?
