Community ManagerHi there. The market will unlock when you've met all the criteria. If you have multiple accounts accessing Ultimate Team on the same device, that will delay opening the market. We're not able to open it for you.
Can you tell me the criteria? I play the game every day and play different modes. Am I missing something?
Community ManagerBesides playing different modes, the amount of accounts accessing Ultimate Team on the same device is considered as well as any sanctions those accounts have had from Terms of Service.
I have no ban history (double checked too) and have still continued to play multiple modes daily. Manager Career, Player Career, Clubs, mostly UT content (Rivals, Friendlies, Rush, Squad Battles, SBC, Market)….I have played a lot of versions of this game in history and have never had trouble accessing the market on companion app. I use the companion app also multiple times a day. I can access it fine from the console but part of the fun for me is doing SBC’s and trading on the go when I am away from the house.
I’ve logged 43 total hours on the game so far according to my PS App. Just seems abnormal?
