Been having the same issue for over a year now. I paid for the **bleep** game and Nintendo online services which is a scam because you don't have to pay for the privillage of using your own internet on any other platform when playing EA FC25. So I have an unhappy child who has to play the offline crap and not the main features of this game. I tried everything from on-settings geographical stuff to uninstalling the game and back again like others suggested but still just fails at finding a match. I came back after a year to see if they had fixed the issue and still not able to play Clubs/Rush or drop in
