stuck in Fetching multiplayer roster updates

In the EA FC 25 game ultimate, I encounter the following error, and it gets stuck:
"Fetching multiplayer roster updates."
Can you help?

- @miladalkasif I have the same issue for about 2 days now. Takes multiple attempts to even get into Ultimate Team. I tried EA Help but they’re not very helpful
I have the exact same problem haven’t been able to get into ultimate for 2 days now
I have the same issue. It works whenever you use mobile hotspot but when using internet or Ethernet it doesn’t work. Just before TOTY
I have this problem too - cannot get on to ultimate team stuck on fetching or ‘downloading live fixtures’. Have tried every tip online, can you please fix this before weekend league / Toty. All 6 of us have the same issue
I have same problem,
The game is too slow in downloading and uploading. Taking more than 30 min just to move from place to place!!!

Hi folks,
while the thread is a bit older, I wanted to jump in and ask if you're still experiencing problems fetching the latest roster update?
You can try downloading the updates manually. In order to do that, go to settings-->Edit Teams-->Download Updates.
