The game freezes after update 5. everything was running smoothly on ultra, now it even freezes in the menu. you ruined the game!!! I pay PLN 300 and you give me a broken update!! you have to fix it.

Community ManagerHey @PiotrKida10 Try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way.
Ensure you delete any files that may have become corrupted. Reinstalling squad updates, etc., can help resolve similar issues.

This doesnt help, tested it.
- I am an advanced user. Deleting it does nothing. new installation of the game does nothing, I have 150 games, only ea fc 25 is broken. I have hight equipment. Even before update no. 5, everything was running on ultra with ray tracing, now everything freezes. I discovered that in the game settings, when I set the default fans and grass, the settings are low and in the past it was automatic. but the game still crashes!!
Got the same problem, i have a gaming laptop with rtx 4060 and i7 gen 13, it should work on the highest lvl, that is recomended even on nvidia app.
It only work like on the lowest resolution on the default game setting but the image is blurry. Terrible

Hello Pulsar, after the new update i cant play game normaly. Before update i had 60fps locked and no frames, but after update i have frames every 20 seconds. Game is unplayable, can you help me to fix that problem. I cant even play weekend league now because of this problem because the game is unplayable. I have good pc i played game with no lag before update, but this update made mine game worse 10x that before. Thanks.

- WTF is going on!!!!!!! Many weeks was bad gameplay!!! Lasy one week was good and again update smash everything. Give my money back !!!!
