It's possible that they don't update the Trello board for this type of issue, but according to their board (EAFC25 Trello ), it doesn't seem like they're looking into the problem right now. Two business days have passed and it's unacceptable. There are people who have spent a lot of money on the game, and others who have bought the EA Play subscription. I wonder if there will be any kind of compensation for these problems. The PC community feels abandoned at the moment.
