Just requested a refund. Have had the same stuttering for over a month now, and the game was running smooth before the latest patch.

When you play a game for the first time, you want a great experience. We want that, too.
That’s why we call it the Great Game Guarantee: if you don't think it’s great, return it.
What's refundable under the Great Game Guarantee?
You may return eligible full EA game downloads (PC or Mac) and participating third-party titles purchased on the EA app for a full refund.
Refund ineligibility
You can only get a refund on the same game twice. If you buy the same game for the third time, you won’t be able to get a third refund.
If you bought a bundle of games, including games with extra content, all games and content you bought as part of the bundle have to be returned together.
Certain game editions that include virtual currency and content packs are excluded from the Great Game Guarantee.
Downloadable content (DLC) and in-game currencies are not refundable if purchased separately. - gr9chehojxhd1 year agoRising Adventurer

I have the same problem. Third week in a row and counting. Is there any solution or just assume I'll never play smooth again?
