@gargar85 EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher, EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll, preloader_l.dll. I have these files that are constantly not being checked, well, not only me, I dare say that they will not be checked for you either, because my friends also have these files that are not being checked. You can run a check, these 3 files will be downloaded, go to the folder, filter by date of change and see what kind of files. Also, you can just test, play 1 match after the files are downloaded, most likely this match will be smooth, it happens that problems already begin by the middle of the 2nd half, that is, at this moment something deletes them. After that, you can forget about smooth play again.
Can confirm. I have the same issue with these files. Something constantly deletes them.
judging by his reply the issue is not even close to being solved which is just pathetic from ea point of view.
Perhaps this is 80% of the problem, maybe 100%, there are files that anti-cheat loses during the game, or when restarting when files are not checked and downloaded, because of this it starts to work incorrectly and drive the temperature up.

- @Gioschikka As written above, even before the update, these files disappeared, but they did not affect the process, but perhaps after the update certain lines of code appeared in these files that can now interfere with the gameplay, because the updates have passed, and the files both disappeared and disappear, something is all of them it removes them, they interfere with something if they are deleted every time during the game
If you can’t fix the problem give us the chance to switch on console with your teams
- @Gioschikka Definitely not. I had the same thing with 3 corrupted files in the last FC24 I purchased through Steam, but no freezes. FC25 I purchased directly through EA App. The issue is definitely only in EAAntiCheat, namely the activity of eaanticheat.sys.

So i just analyzed the system process that is causing the freezes, and i can confirm i get the same results as @RuslanB.
It is that same file eaanticheat.sys!?

Hello everyone, I'm leaving my two cents again, after investigating for 3 weeks on my part I have discovered with friends that those of us who have Steam lags a lot more than those who bought the game on the EA app, I have it through Steam and my friends from EA and they don't get the lags, so I have discovered that the problem can also be with ANTICHEAT, I have the version from 6.12.24 and my EA friends have the version of the anticheat from 14.11.24 I told my friend to send me that version of EA so the problem is with the anticheat, what was my solution? Change the 3 files that I will send you by images. I have changed the files to the previous version and it works well, it lags but not even as much as before. With this I don't want to give a definitive solution or anything, I'm just doing my bit so that things don't go so badly for you because this is embarrassing and we've been having this for a month now. I'm going to attach images and I want you to tell me what version of ANTICHEAT you're using and what version you're playing, whether it's STEAM or EA.
My game is through eapp and I have speedlag since patch 5.0, so it's not just on steam unfortunately
@josegitano26I have the anti cheat for the 28/11 game on the EA APP and the game is full of lag.
Hi friend, that's why I have the ones from the 11/14/2024 version. If you compare my images, they don't even weigh the same.

Now we have got some parliamentary procedure in this forum after acknowledgment from @AntiCheatWard lets set out some guidelines going forward,
We expect a fix for the issue which is obviously caused by Anticheat. By the latest date 17/12/24.
We expect some form of compensation in the way of packs on PC only as this is PC issue only.
If the issue isn't fixable by 17/12/24 then we will rollback to update 4 with cross play disabled with immediate effect.
If none of the above are met, then we can exercise our statutory rights of a full refund for anyone who has suffered and lost nearly a month of playtime, promos missed (including black Friday) Coins lost from no rewards in either Rivals/champs, not to mention the current promotion with mastery tokens which have no way of being measured after the event has taken place and with offline affected, squad battles wasn't even a viable option. We bought a game in great faith that it would be fully coded and manageable on any system that meets lowest requirements.
We look forward to assisting you further, but we would like an ETA on updates/plans going forward to simmer down the frustration which is only going to get worse with no support or reaching out from somebody on EA's side.
How we are treated now will determine whether we are worthy customers of EA or just being robbed blind.

So y’all want to tell me that last EA post was 2 weeks ago and on 78th page while the whole thread has 250 pages ??????? Still no fix or update… kinda cringe from EA… I hope the compensation will be huge

Loll, i think they are waiting for Digital Foundry or other big game content creators to look into it, and then they will be forced to react.
Game is broken since TU5, and nothing to fix it.
