For me it was definitely the solution. I've played several games now and nothing stutters anymore. I haven't changed anything else on the PC.
I'm aware that this probably won't be the cause for everyone.

december 11 was the day that I got banned.
today is january 3 and I still don't get any answer regarding my ban lmaoea should solve this problem now, the number of victims is not as few as thought, I have seen many people experiencing this problem in every local forum, if ea does not solve this problem, it will lose many players next year, my graphics card and processor are very good, but this optimization problem in the game causes stuttering, I hope ea will fix it soon, if not, I will apply to the legal process and demand my money back.
over 400 pages of replies, 0 information from devs, you cant refund the game, many pc players are stucked for almost 2 months now. This is just embarassing. Can't wait when they will announce ea fc 25 as game of the year. How is that even possible???
