Stuttering PS5

Like last year , I am having stuttering "pikes" during  the game, which also cause me input lag . it only happens on a "normal" game on ultimate team(like rivals).i play Rush mode and this doesn't happens . it only happens for a second or two, but cause me a lot input lag. 

already tried rebuild PS5 database, clear cache , cycle power of PS5 , but nothing changes.

any ideas to fix it ?
