Subject: Unable to Play FC25 Online - White Screen Issue

Hello EA Support Team,

I'm having trouble playing FC25 and other EA games online on my PS4 and PS5. When I try, I get a white screen and cannot access the game.

My main EA account is linked to PSN. •

I see that unlinking PSN is not allowed until January 18, 2026, so I cannot reset the connection myself.

I've cleared local saved data and tested with a secondary account, but the issue persists.

Could you please check and reset the PSN-EA link for my main account so I can play online without the white screen?
