Sudden game graphics change, makes me stutter lag.

My game looks a bit sharper, I have checked all NVidia settings and in game settings and they have not changed, I updated my drivers and still get stuttering lag. At no stage is my memory, CPU or GPU use high within control panel. I re-installed the game and its still lagging, anyone else? Fixes?
